Agreement

Terms and conditions for facility use
Guests at Air Joy may engage in various recreational activities. Prior to using Air Joy’s facilities, guests must be aware of the potential for accidents and agree to the use of the facilities.

About indemnity / injury
Air Joy’s equipment includes metal poles and frames. In addition to these hard parts, it is possible that guests may incur injuries from non-metallic surfaces. In particular, injuries to the elbows, wrists, and knees may occur, and serious injuries to the neck, waist, head, and/or back could result in paralysis.

Another area of risk is collisions between guests. Be aware of young children running into other guest, or jumping out of trampolines. For guardians of minors, be aware of the possibility of accidents, and please monitor minors accordingly. Please try to avoid accidents by urging minors to take precautions.

(For age restrictions, we have decided that guests must be of at least elementary school age. This restriction does not apply to groups which have reserved the entire facility, or to special cases as management sees fit.)

In the case of an accident such as injury, we will consider it all self-responsibility and as for accidents between the parties, please solve the problem between the parties (and, where applicable, the guardian).

Exercise
Using the equipment in the facility entails more risk than guests may imagine. Use of the facility is limited to those who do not have health issues such as heart disease, hypertension, pregnancy, and those who are inebriated. With regard to advanced exercises such as rotation and twists in the air, only experienced gymnasts who have received sufficient training should attempt these.

The facility contains attractions which use sporting equipment. Please give due consideration not to hit yourself or other guests by handling the equipment correctly.

Clothes / accessories
Please wear clothes suitable for exercise. Socks are mandatory for hygiene and injury prevention. Also, friction with some equipment surfaces may cause scratches; we recommend clothes that cover joints such as elbows and knees. Clothes that feature exposed metal parts may cause injury to guests and also damage trampolines and other equipment, so please cover such parts by tape. Accessories such as earrings and piercings may also cause injury and damage to equipment. Please remove these prior to entry. Electronic equipment such as smartphones should not be held by hand or in the pocket while using the facilities in consideration of safety.

In case of injury
Facility staff will not treat injuries which occur within our facility due to the possibility that staff actions may worsen the injury. Regarding serious accidents such as fractures, we will provide information on nearby hospitals and ambulance services.

Photography within the Facility
For privacy reasons, please do not photograph other guests without their consent.

Membership registration
Membership registration should be made accurately so that in order to promptly respond to emergencies. Also, when there is a change in your details, please promptly notify us. We regard the membership as a thorough understanding of the dangers associated with exercises in our facility and we will assume that parents of minors sufficiently explain the risks to children in their care.

Other considerations
For safety reasons, the facility is limited to guests who do not weigh over 120 kg.
Management reserves the right to warn, then expel, without refund, any guests who exhibit dangerous, annoying, or disorderly behaviour, and to bar such guests from using the facility in the future.
